CitySightseeing New York® Hop-on, Hop-off Ferry operates daily 10am to 3pm and makes three stops in lower Manhattan and Brooklyn.

The Shop, Hop and Top during Christmas time:

• On 24th December  CitySights NY buses do not run – but customers can ride on our Gray Line NY buses.
• On 25th December Gray Line NY buses do not run - but customers can ride on CitySights NY buses
• On 26th December both companies operate on a published schedule. Customers who miss a day on the multi-day double-decker bus tour package can make enquiries with a manager at the Visitors center so your ticket can possibly be extended for an extra day.
• On Christmas eve and Christmas day the Hop-on hop-off ferry runs daily.
• The Night Tour will not operate on 24th December – we recommend you use this on Dec 23rd or 26th.

Special Information
- Hop on Hop off double-decker tickets are valid for 96 hours from date of redemption. Bus tours run daily except specific public holidays.
- CitySightseeing New York® 24hrs Hop-on, Hop-off Ferry: Operates daily between 10am and 4pm and makes 2 stops in lower Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Bus tours narrations will be available in 11 different languages. You will have the option to listen to a live tour guide in English OR enjoy pre-recorded tour narration in your choice of: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Korean or Hebrew.

You will be able to board your bus at any of the multiple stops on each bus routes.

This ticket is particularly good during holiday seasons and/or when New York is more crowded than usual.

Please note: The Woodbury Common tour doesn't run on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

Please note: Other tours run daily, even during Christmas and New Year periods but please note on Thanksgiving and on the 31st December the buses will stop running earlier than usual due to overall New York street closures, which is beyond our control. On some dates this ticket may not be available. Please check our calendar and bear this in mind when purchasing a ticket to include Thanksgiving or 31st December.
